§ 1. INTRODUCTION
1. The following regulations specify rules for the provision of paid services on www.fasaya.com.
2. Paid Premium Membership and additional Spotlight option are only available to registered and logged-in users on the Website who have purchased the given premium service in accordance with the below procedure and price lists available to registered users at: https://www.fasaya.com/m/membership/index, https://www.fasaya.com/m/spotlight/purchase_spotlight
4. Paid Premium Membership accounts may be associated with additional functions in different parts of the Website that are not available to free accounts.
5. These Regulations apply from 1 January 2014.
§ 2. TERMS OF BUYING PAID SERVICES
1. Premium Membership options are available at: https://www.fasaya.com/m/membership/index
2. In order to buy Premium Membership you have to:
• A. Log in to the website using your login and password
• A. Go to: https://www.fasaya.com/m/membership/index
• B. Choose the the required period
• C. Select Your preffered payment method
3. Spotlight option can be orderded at: https://www.fasaya.com/m/spotlight/purchase_spotlight
4. Acceptance of the transaction is equivalent to the regulations of Paid Services.
5. For ordered services you can pay via DotPay.pl or via PayPal.
6. Settlement of transactions by credit card and bank transfer is carried out through Dotpay.pl.
7. Orders are executed automatically 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Service activation is automatic after confirmation of payment by the relevant operator, which usually occurs within 15 minutes.
8. When ordering a Premium Membership or Spotlight option, the user declares that he agrees to activate the service immediately after payment, causing the loss of the right of withdrawal. If you do not agree, you can not benefit from paid services.
9. The order may be canceled by the user at any time before payment.
10. All given prices are gross.
1. After payment user receives access to paid services on the website.
2. The given Premium Membership or Spotlight option can also be obtained as a reward when participating in contests or promotions. In this case, the user receives the right to use these services for the free trial period.
3. Subscription is active for the period it has been paid. Start using the service begins at the moment of subscription activation. After the paid period expiration (3, 14, 30, 90 days) the paid service expires and is not renewed automatically, unless the user extends the package for the next period.
4. For security reasons users shouldn't provide their login and password to third parites.
5. Paid services can only be used by its holder. Using paid services for spamming or abusing the rights of third parties may cause your account termination. Fees are not refundable in this case.
6. Paid services are terminated automatically when time expires, through deactivation by the user or by removing / suspending the account. In this case, the payment is not refundable.
7. Removing an account while you have paid services shall terminate the provision of both paid and free services. The fee is not refundable in this case.
8. In case of website of service unavialability at www.fasaya.com longer than 24 hours, then Administrator of the Website will extend the paid subscription period by twice the time using the services were not available.
9. In justified cases, the Administrator of the Website at user request may refund the entire amount of the given Paid Service. Refund issues are considered individually by the administrator.
10 Prices and scope of subscriptions can change. Users who have acquired Subscription will not have to pay any additional payments for the period for which a fee was paid. If we change the range of services as part of User subscription, the User has the right to terminate the contract with immediate effect.
§ 4. COMPLAINTS
